Why Vikaspuri professionals choose Hoblix
Vikaspuri is dense residential territory — rows of A to H blocks, narrow internal lanes, very little serious workspace stock inside the neighbourhood itself. What exists tends to be small business-centre setups on the Outer Ring Road side, and prices there have crept up to ₹7,500–11,000 for a single dedicated desk. Hoblix sits a short drive west on Najafgarh Road and offers the same professional infrastructure — fibre internet, private cabins, meeting rooms, a proper podcast studio — for noticeably less.
For most residents of Vikaspuri, the trade is a 12-minute drive instead of a Connaught Place or Gurugram commute. That's what members end up signing for.
How to reach us from Vikaspuri
By road (recommended)
Najafgarh Road is the direct route. From Vikaspuri it's roughly 6 km — 12 to 18 minutes off-peak, and around 25 to 30 minutes during the morning and evening rush. Auto-rickshaw fare from the A to D blocks typically runs ₹100–₹150. Uber Auto is often a little cheaper unless there's surge.
Parking at Hoblix is free — 4-wheeler and 2-wheeler, no monthly fee. That matters because most members drive in, and parking inside the neighbourhood itself is notoriously tight.
By metro
There's no metro station inside Vikaspuri itself, but Janakpuri West (Blue and Magenta Lines) is a short auto ride away. From there the Grey Line runs 3 stops to Najafgarh in about 8 minutes, and Hoblix is a 5-minute auto or 10-minute walk from the station. Most residents still prefer driving — it's usually quicker door to door.
Why driving beats the metro from Vikaspuri
Vikaspuri doesn't have its own metro stop. The closest one is Janakpuri West, which is a Blue Line and Magenta Line interchange — useful, but not on your doorstep. So the realistic metro chain looks like this: walk or auto out to Janakpuri West, ride the Magenta Line one stop and switch, then take the Grey Line to Najafgarh, then auto or walk the last stretch to Heera Tower. Door to door, that's almost always 40 to 50 minutes, sometimes longer if a transfer is slow or the auto stand at either end is busy.
Najafgarh Road, by contrast, is a single direct line. Six kilometres, around 15 minutes off-peak, free parking when you arrive. For a Vikaspuri resident with a car or a two-wheeler, driving is genuinely faster — and once you add the cost of the two last-mile autos at either end of the metro trip, it's usually cheaper too. The free parking at Hoblix tips the maths even further: no daily ₹40–80 parking charge, no street hunt, no walking back in the rain. The metro is great for a lot of Delhi commutes. This is not one of them.
What a local commuter says
"I live in A-Block and was commuting to a space in Connaught Place — 45 minutes each way on a good day, and parking there was a separate war. I drive to Hoblix now. Najafgarh Road is clear most mornings, I'm at my desk in 15 minutes, and I park for free. The space itself is cleaner and quieter than where I was, and I'm paying less than half."

Najafgarh: the working-day logistics
Heera Tower is on the main Dichaon Kalan Road, a short walk from Najafgarh market. Within 500 metres you'll find Haldiram's, Bikanervala, Chaayos, several tiffin providers that deliver to the building, and a handful of thali spots where most single meals land between ₹80 and ₹200. Swiggy and Zomato both deliver reliably.
Practical stuff: SBI and HDFC branches are within 400 metres, there's a well-stocked pharmacy on the ground floor of the adjacent building, and the Najafgarh bus depot is a 5-minute walk if you need it. ATMs everywhere. The area is calmer than the commercial strips further east — less horn noise, fewer operators saturating the tower, noticeably more stable internet.
For client meetings that spill beyond a meeting room, members use Cafe Coffee Day, The Yellow Chilli, and a couple of independent cafes that have opened nearby in the last year as more professionals have started working out of the area.
