How Much Does a Coworking Space Cost in Delhi?

Ask three coworking operators in Delhi what a desk costs and you will get three answers spanning ₹4,000 to ₹25,000 a month. Both ends are honest. The gap is almost entirely location, and understanding that gap is the difference between overpaying for a postcode and paying for a place to work.

The short answer

The spread is real, and so is the reason for it. A desk in Connaught Place or Cyber City carries the rent of Connaught Place or Cyber City. A desk fifteen kilometres west does not.

What you are actually paying for

Location. This dominates everything else. Central Delhi and Gurgaon carry commercial rents several times higher than West Delhi, and coworking prices track that almost exactly. The furniture, the internet and the coffee are much the same either way.
