1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Hoblix Coworking Space ("Hoblix," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 2nd Floor, Heera Tower, Rz-4, Dichaon Kalan Rd, Najafgarh, Delhi 110043, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
Hoblix provides coworking space services including but not limited to day passes, dedicated workstations, private cabins, podcast studio access, meeting room bookings, and virtual office services. Service availability, features, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Membership & Access
- Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Members must carry valid government-issued photo ID for verification.
- Access hours depend on the membership plan selected. 24/7 access is available only for eligible plans.
- Hoblix reserves the right to deny entry or revoke membership for violation of these terms.
- Guest access must be pre-approved and may incur additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
- All fees are payable in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Day passes must be paid in advance before use.
- Monthly memberships are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle.
- Late payments may result in suspension of access until dues are cleared.
- All promotional prices and early-bird discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged as per government regulations.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- Monthly memberships can be cancelled with a minimum of 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Day passes and hourly bookings are non-refundable once used.
- Unused day passes may be rescheduled subject to availability.
- Meeting room and podcast studio cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
- Hoblix reserves the right to modify cancellation policies with prior notice.
6. Code of Conduct
All members and visitors must:
- Maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times.
- Keep noise levels reasonable, especially in shared workspace areas.
- Use designated areas for phone calls and video conferences.
- Keep the workspace clean and dispose of waste responsibly.
- Not engage in any illegal, disruptive, or harmful activities on the premises.
- Not solicit other members for personal sales or marketing without Hoblix's permission.
- Report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or suspicious activity to staff immediately.
7. Property & Equipment
- All furniture, equipment, and facilities remain the property of Hoblix.
- Members are responsible for any damage caused to Hoblix property through negligence or misuse.
- Personal belongings left unattended are at the owner's risk. Hoblix is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
- Lockers, if provided, must be used responsibly and vacated at the end of the membership period.
8. Wi-Fi & Network Acceptable Use
- Internet access is provided for professional and lawful purposes only.
- Excessive bandwidth consumption that disrupts service for other members is prohibited.
- Downloading or distributing illegal, pirated, or infringing content is strictly prohibited.
- Hoblix is not responsible for data breaches or security incidents on the shared network. Members are advised to use VPNs for sensitive work.
- Hoblix may monitor network usage to ensure fair access for all members.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hoblix Coworking Space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data, business, revenue, or profits.
- Personal injury or property damage on premises, except where caused by Hoblix's direct negligence.
- Service interruptions, including power outages, internet downtime, or maintenance.
- Actions or conduct of other members or visitors.
10. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Modifications to Terms
Hoblix reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
